Prerequisite(s): ( EMS297 ), or instructor consent

The goals of EMS*298 will include a continuation of focus as seen in EMS*297. This term will include comprehensive skills and cognitive testing to assess the student’s retention of information that has been presented to them so far in the program. Students will continue assessments and treatments of "live" patients in a clinical setting as well. This is part three of a four-part series as set forth by the National EMS Education Standards.
